Please read these terms carefully before completing your ticket purchase.

Event Policy: The Truckee Music Fest is a rain, or shine event. This means that the event will proceed regardless of weather conditions. Please come prepared for any weather.

Refund Policy: All ticket sales are final. There will be no refunds issued for any reason, including, but not limited to, weather conditions, artist cancellation, smoke conditions, changes in lineup, or personal circumstances.

All attendees who wish to consume alcoholic beverages will be required to show a US Government issued ID. Anyone consuming alcohol under the age of 21 will be immediately escorted out and authorities will be notified.

Outside Alcohol: No outside alcohol is permitted at the event. There will be alcohol available for purchase within the festival grounds for attendees of legal drinking age. Any attendee found in possession of outside alcohol will be asked to leave the festival grounds without a refund.

Weapons Policy: No weapons of any kind are allowed at the Truckee Music Fest. This includes, but is not limited to, firearms, knives, and explosives. Any attendee found in possession of a weapon will be removed from the festival grounds immediately, without a refund, and may be subject to legal action.

No in/out privileges at the event.

Kids 5 and under are free with an adult ticketholder. One child per adult.

Photos will be taken at the event and may be used in future marketing campaigns for Truckee Music Fest.

Acceptance of Terms: By completing your ticket purchase, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. You also acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms. Failure to comply with these terms may result in removal from the event without a refund.
